At Primrose Trusted Care, we believe children are one of God's greatest blessings, each uniquely created and deeply valued, deserving of care that is safe, attentive, and wholehearted. As a faith-based nanny placement agency, we're called to serve families with the same integrity, compassion, and protection we'd want for our own.
We do the hard work of vetting providers so families don't have to. Every nanny, sitter, mother's helper, and pet sitter on our roster has been personally interviewed, background-checked, and credential-verified before they ever meet your family.
We screen caregivers for more than skill and experience. We look for the same character we'd want in someone who walks through our own front door. That means integrity, patience, and a genuine heart for the children in their care.

CEO & Founder
With over a decade of hands-on experience as a nanny, Sara understands the importance of creating strong, dependable relationships between families and caregivers. Her approach is rooted in compassion, professionalism, and a deep commitment to ensuring every child receives exceptional care. Before founding Primrose Trusted Care, Sara spent many years as a stay-at-home mother raising her two children, giving her firsthand insight into the ever-changing needs of modern families. Her diverse professional background also includes experience as a paralegal and flight attendant, careers that strengthened her organizational skills, discretion, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm and dependable in any situation. Safety is at the heart of everything Sara does. She is passionate about thoroughly vetting caregivers and creating placements where both families and nannies feel supported, respected, and secure. Through Primrose Trusted Care, Sara has created an agency focused not only on childcare, but on building lasting relationships and providing families with true peace of mind.

Having lived in Arizona for over 30 years, Barbie has built strong community connections and a reputation for reliability, discretion, and advocacy for families. Her extensive background in legal work and investigations gives her a unique ability to carefully vet caregivers, prioritize safety, and create successful long-term placements for both families and nannies. As a mother of four biological children, one adopted child, and a proud grandmother of two, Barbie understands firsthand the importance of trustworthy, nurturing childcare. Her personal experience raising a large family, combined with her professional expertise, has shaped her passion for supporting parents and creating meaningful connections between families and caregivers. Through her agency, she is committed to providing personalized service, peace of mind, and exceptional care for every family she serves.
